At our Alpha-Core division, we make our own toroidal cores from tiny up to 500+ lbs.
At our Tortran division we make toroidal transformers and inductors from PC board level up to 40,000VA.

Toroids are more efficient and require much less copper and steel than equivalent E-I transformers. They are quieter, exhibit less stray field, and lower voltage drop under load.
