	Custom Designed Toroidal Transformers. For Medical, Industrial and Commercial Applications. Bridgeport Magnetics offers custom designed toroidal transformers up to 20,000VA using conventional cores. We can also design and build O-Core transformers up to 2000VA. As toroidal three phase transformers use onecore per phase, we can help you with three phase applications up to 60,000VA. All transformers carry the CE mark. Our general purpose transformer series are certified to UL506, CSA C22.2, No.66-1988, EN61558-1, IEC61558-1, andEN/IEC 61000-3-2 (EMC) and EN/IEC 61000-3-3 (EMC) Custom built transformers certified to medical safety standards are available up to 5000VA. Applicable standards include UL60601-1, CSA C22.2, No. 601.1-M90, EN61558-2, EN60601, IEC61558-2, IEC606.1, and EN/IEC61000-3-2 (EMC) and EN/IEC61000-3-3 (EMC). For medical transformers we will design and build to conform to the above standards. Full certification is optional.

With our new Custard Series Transformers you will benefit from very low prices in small quantities and also when you specify non-standard secondary windings. The Custard series is available up to 1000VA. The Custard series may not be suitable for applications like audio and medical equipment. Also make sure you request the correct mounting hardware.
